10:30am DROP OFF ONLY (choose 11:00am for your reservation-your time starts after drop-off and instructions)

PICKUP WINDOWS AVAILABLE: 4:00pm & 7:00pm - make sure to select the correct time on your reservation as to when you want your e-bike picked up.

MINIMUM SHUTTLE IS 2 E-BIKES. The shuttle will be cancelled if the minimum is not met for the timeslot.

Drop off location: Lake McDonald Lodge or Avalanche Trailhead (furthest available location open to vehicle traffic)

***Please be on time to receive instructions on how to operate your e-bike. The shuttle will leave approximately 10 minutes after your scheduled instructional time. Late arrivals will be turned away without a refund, and your e-bikes will be returned to the store. If we have staff available, you may pick up your e-bike back at the store. Otherwise, you forfeit the price of the shuttle and e-bike rental. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

***If you do not meet at the pickup location on the designated timeslot, you will need to bike back to our shop. You will be charged for any additional time you have the e-bike (+$8/hour/bike) and we will not refund you for the shuttle.
